Ten Immutable Laws of Security

Well, this is the first time I’ve ever seen this article on computer security. If I haven’t seen it, then maybe you haven’t either.

This goes along with other articles about the Internet I’ve read through the years. In the 90′s the Internet was new to many and folks were delighted to discover and use it. In the 00′s, security has now become a major issue. It’s an issue for businesses, governments, military, and personal users like us.

Essential BlackBerry Software

Can’t believe it took me so long to find these three great BlackBerry applications.

No more having to pull out the battery to do a reset!

Apps include:

  • AutoLock
  • ColorPearl
  • SoftReset

Danny Federici; You Proved It All Night, too.

RIP Danny and thanks for the many musical moments you’ve given us fans through the years. Your musical contributions will live on for years!

Princeton Record Exchange

Article in the NY Times about this great record shop where I used to spend lots of time and money! When I lived there the store was closer to Nassau Street. Every thing the article describes is true. I used buy everything there from Motown to Messaien.

When you walk in you feel as though you’ve arrived in The Promised Land, er, yeah, kinda like that:)

Hoagie Haven

I guess it’s been a long time and I miss the sandwiches at Hoagie Haven. I miss the chips and the service…

I was actually able to take my family there last summer (2007). It’s still all good…all of it. To think I used to go there for lunch/dinner 25 years ago on my way home from work.

I no longer live in the “Swamps of Jersey”, the many imitators on the market pale in comparison to what’s available in NJ.

The United Plates of NJ

Get off the turnpike and drive a few miles away from it. Awaiting you are some eateries which showcase some of the great foods found in the Garden State.

I personally have been to Hoagie Haven and Mastoris diner. Best in class for hoagies and diners!!
